Roles and Responsibility
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians and laborers to ensure efficient project execution.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive measures.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of HVAC systems with other building services.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and industry standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Min 5 Years Experience in Oil & Gas Industry, Gulf exp mandatory.
