Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians in the installation of HVAC systems and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure HVAC systems are functioning optimally.
• Help diagnose issues with HVAC systems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Aid in repairing or replacing defective components of HVAC systems efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of HVAC work areas and equipment.
• Attend training sessions to improve technical skills and industry knowledge continually.
• Ensure all work complies with company safety policies and HVAC industry standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding service updates.
• Document and report all activities, repairs, and services in detailed records.
• Support inventory management by keeping track of tools and supplies required for jobs.
• Assist in inspecting HVAC systems for efficiency and safety compliance regularly.
• Participate in on-call rotations for emergency maintenance and repair requests.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
• Basic understanding and familiarity with HVAC systems and components.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work in a team environment under supervision of senior technicians.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn new skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and tools routinely during work.
• Valid driver s license and reliable transportation for local travel to job sites.
