Roles & Responsibilities

About the job:

We re looking for a full-time HVAC - AC Operations Manager to ensure the effective planning, execution, and management of HVAC operations while optimizing performance, maintaining compliance, and meeting the highest quality standards in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main contact point for AC aftersales service operations.

Manage and supervise aftersales teams to deliver outstanding customer service.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (Customer Care, Distribution, Outsourcing).

Handle customer complaints, feedback, and service cases effectively.

Identify and solve operational pain points to improve efficiency.

Monitor and evaluate performance of outsourcing partners.

Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and service quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering is a MUST.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HVAC operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
  • Proven track record in operational management with experience in project management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills & Management abilities.
  • Knowledge of distribution networks and service outsourcing.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple teams.
