HVAC Senior Engineer

Implement HVAC engineering works in line with project programs and departmental requirements.

Organize, supervise, and mentor a team of engineers and draftsmen, providing guidance and technical support as needed.

Deliver efficient and accurate HVAC design work, including system layouts and technical drawings.

Ensure all designs, documents, and drawings comply with relevant international and Saudi codes and standards.

Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure design integrity and seamless coordination across disciplines.

Participate in special assignments and project-specific tasks as directed by senior management.

Requirements:

Experience: 8 12 years of HVAC design experience.

Education: Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Solid understanding of NFPA, ASHRAE, SMACNA, and Saudi Arabia codes.

Familiarity with Sustainability and LEED project requirements.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to challenges.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Demonstrated leadership and team coordination skills.

Proficiency in Revit is mandatory.
