Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise installation of HVAC systems:

    • CHW (AHU, FCU, piping)

    • DX systems (split, package units)

    • VRF systems

    • Ventilation & smoke extraction

  • Manage site technicians and subcontractors

  • Ensure work meets specifications and project requirements

  • Handle testing & commissioning activities

  • Assist in estimation:

    • Prepare RFQs

    • Collect and compare supplier quotations

  • Support technical documentation:

    • Material submittals

    • Method statements / RAMS

  • Provide site input for shop drawings

  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers when required

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4–5 years HVAC experience in the UAE (mandatory)

  • Contractor-side experience (mandatory)

  • Strong site execution background (mandatory)

  • Good understanding of CHW, DX, VRF, and ventilation systems

  • Ability to manage site work independently

  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills

  • AutoCAD (preferred)

  • HAP or similar software (preferred)

  • English (mandatory), Arabic (preferred)

  • UAE Driving License (preferred)

Important

  • This is a site-based role (~90% site work)

  • Not suitable for design-focused engineers

  • Candidates without UAE experience or contractor background will be rejected
