Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily HVAC installation and maintenance operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of workmanship, and compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to communicate project timelines and resolve any arising issues.
- Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices, equipment handling, and troubleshooting techniques.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree in HVAC technology is preferred.
- Hold relevant HVAC certifications, such as EPA Section 608, NATE, or equivalent credentials.
- A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or supervision is essential.
- Experience working on commercial HVAC systems is highly desirable; residential experience is a plus.
