Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily HVAC operations, ensuring all systems function efficiently and meet safety regulations.
  • Lead a team of technicians, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems and equipment to identify issues before they escalate.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prolong equipment lifespan and improve reliability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in HVAC technology or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Certification from a recognized body such as EPA Section 608 or NATE is essential for compliance.
  • Proven leadership experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role in the HVAC field.
