Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day HVAC installation activities on project sites.
• Ensure all HVAC works (ducting, insulation, chilled water piping, AHU/FCU installations) are executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with HVAC engineers, subcontractors and suppliers to maintain workflow and resolve site issues.
• Monitor site progress and labor productivity, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with local authority (e.g., DM, Civil Defense) standards.
• Enforce on-site safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Assist during inspections and project handover processes.
• Maintain accurate daily site reports and records of materials and manpower.

Requirements:

• Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC systems.
• Minimum 2 years UAE experience in supervising HVAC works within interior fit-out projects.
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems, duct design, equipment installation and authority requirements.
• Strong site supervision, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to read and interpret HVAC shop drawings and specifications.
• UAE Driver s License preferred.
