HVA Supervisor

Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage all aspects of HVAC projects from inception to completion.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC technicians and other team members.
Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
Maintain compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex HVAC issues.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Prepare reports on project progress, costs, and performance.
Ensure proper maintenance and operation of HVAC equipment.
Implement and maintain effective quality control procedures.

Requirements :

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry, with a significant portion of that experience gained within the UAE.
Proven ability to supervise and manage HVAC projects effectively.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
