1. He should have about Technical Knowledge of trouble shooting the Trane, Mcquay, Carrier,Petra,York and Zamil of Air cooled chillers with related AHUs, CSUs, FCUs, FAHUs, HRWs units, Chilled water Pumps, Package units, Split and Window.

2. He Should can do Trane and Daikin chillers controller programming work with binding the transducers and sensors. 3. He should understand Electrical drawing and HVAC drawing knowledg. 4. He should have experience in overhaul of Screw, Reciprocating compressors. 5. He should have basic knowledge in MEP equpiment.

6. He should have knowledge of Prepare all shutdown program schedules & material acquisition plans.

7. He should have knowledge of carrying out Re-Commissioning activity for all MEP equipment.

8. Avoiding the Escalation of the compliant through proper responds and Honor in commitments

9. Monitoring and getting feedback from customer to ensure our timely & quality of service.

10. Should Maintain Customer satisfaction through prompt response. 11. Capable to Plan allocate the technicians varies sites daily basis and given training about technically and product on site.

12. Good communication and team coordination.

13. He should Organized the planning of purchase the all site related materials.

14. Adher proper safety procedure as per site and work condition, 15. Person should be available ready to work round the clock as per site requirement/ emergency situation. 16. Qualification Should be Dilpoma in Mechanical or Equivalent. Role & responsibilities
