Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Manage and train a team of technicians and support staff.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall efficiency.
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and meets customer requirements.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations.
- Min 5 Years Experience in Oil & Gas Industry, Gulf exp mandatory.
