Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • A Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of Engineering or Building Maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a Supervisory or similar role in a Luxury Hotel in the UAE or GCC.
  • Trade Certification in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Electrical, Plumbing or equivalent Qualification.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Building Systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire alarm networks, Building Management Systems (BMS), and elevator operations tailored to Hospitality Environments.
  • Proficient in reading Technical Drawings and interpreting Equipment Manuals.
  • Previous experience in preventative maintenance programmed, energy conservation strategies, and sustainability practices will be Advantageous, demonstrating a Strong Commitment to Luxury Service Standards.
  • Next-Level Organizational and Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New Heights.
  • A Proactive Nature, coupled with a meticulous Eye for Detail, ensures every aspect of the Operation is perfectly curated.
  • Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (Additional languages are a Plus).
