Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the commissioning process of HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, ducting, and piping systems.
  • Conduct functional performance testing of mechanical systems as per project specifications and standards.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues during commissioning.
  • Review and interpret HVAC drawings, specifications, and system design documentation.
  • Prepare and submit commissioning reports, method statements, and checklists.
  • Ensure compliance with local codes, ASHRAE standards, and project requirements.
  • Provide technical support during site inspections, snagging, and handover processes.
  • Manage and maintain commissioning logs, documentation, and quality control records.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 5–10 years of hands-on HVAC commissioning experience in the UAE or GCC region.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and BMS systems integration.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficient in using test instruments and HVAC-related commissioning tools.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred).
