Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Join the pre-opening Engineering team at Four Seasons Resort Red Sea, and be part of a world-class destination where technical expertise directly contributes to unparalleled guest comfort and residential living.
About the Role
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems within Golf Villas and Resort Residences
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance on air conditioning, ventilation, and cooling systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system faults and ensure timely repairs
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal temperature, humidity, and air quality levels
- Ensure all HVAC systems operate efficiently and comply with safety and environmental standards
- Support maintenance of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, split units, and central plant systems
- Respond promptly to service requests and emergency breakdowns
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and repairs
- Coordinate with Engineering team members for planned maintenance activities
- Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are kept clean, safe, and well maintained
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times
Area of Responsibility
Golf Villas, Resort Residences, and associated Engineering and mechanical plant areas across the resort.
Desired Candidate Profile
Technical diploma or certification in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 3 years of HVAC experience, preferably in luxury hotels, resorts, or high-end residential environments
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and control systems
- Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical HVAC issues
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and safety standards
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Good communication skills in English
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
