Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC systems.
Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and service split AC, package units, FCUs, AHUs, FAHUs, exhaust fans, and ventilation systems.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC equipment.
Check refrigerant levels, pressure readings, airflow, temperature, and system performance.
Replace or repair compressors, motors, belts, bearings, filters, sensors, thermostats, valves, and related components.
Perform cleaning of coils, filters, drain lines, ducts, and other HVAC components.
Attend breakdown calls and complete assigned work orders on time.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with site requirements.
Report defects, material requirements, and technical issues to the supervisor/engineer.
Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, checklists, and service reports.
Coordinate with other maintenance teams when required.
Support emergency maintenance works when needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician in facility management, maintenance, or building services.
Good knowledge of HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair works.
Experience with split units, package units, FCUs, AHUs, and ventilation systems.
Basic understanding of HVAC electrical control circuits.
Ability to read basic technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
Familiar with preventive maintenance checklists and site safety procedures.
Able to work independently and handle site complaints professionally.
Physically fit and willing to work on-site across UAE projects.
Good communication skills and a responsible work attitude.
ITI/Diploma or technical certification in HVAC/Refrigeration is preferred.
UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
