Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for all air-conditioning system of the hotel.

Carries out emergency repairs and adjustments to all AC equipments and machines.

Ensure that trouble reports are swiftly dealt with.

Routine and planned preventive maintenance is carried out as per schedule.

Be familiar with HVAC lay out of the hotel.

Consider economy at all times and ensures all safety practices are followed.

Recommended minor or major repairs and performs duties necessary for the completion of the job.

Carries out statutory and safety checks as instructed

Faults on equipments are to be immediately reported to the supervisor.

Ensures all relevant log sheets are maintained.

Attends to day to day problems.

Notifies Supervisor on job completion.

Desired Candidate Profile

Atleast 3-5 years experience in the same role

Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.

Proficient in using HVAC tools and equipment.

Good problem-solving and diagnostic skills.

Physical ability to handle equipment and work in challenging environments.
