• Inspect and test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and adherence to safety protocols.
• Diagnose root causes of HVAC system malfunctions using specialized tools and equipment.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning, adjusting, and repairing HVAC systems.
• Provide emergency repair services promptly and efficiently to minimize downtime for clients.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and codes related to HVAC systems.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs conducted on each system.
• Advise clients on energy-saving measures to improve system efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to design or modify HVAC systems as necessary.
• Train and mentor junior technicians to develop their skills and ensure consistent service quality.
• Prepare and estimate job costs, including labor, materials, and other expenses for clients.
• Stay updated with advancements in HVAC technology and techniques through continuous education.

• High school diploma or GED, with additional technical training in HVAC systems.
• Valid state certification or license to perform HVAC installation and repair services.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience working as an HVAC Technician in diverse environments.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including refrigeration cycles and electrical components.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
• Proficient in using diagnostic equipment, tools, and software specific to HVAC work.
• Good physical stamina and dexterity, capable of working in confined spaces and at heights.
• Effective communication skills to provide clear instructions and explanations to clients and teammates.
