HVAC Technician PASONS INVESTMENTS L.L.C

1. The HVAC Technician must have strong and proven UAE experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all types of HVAC systems, including chillers, VRF/VRV systems, ducted units, split units, package units, FCUs, AHUs, and fresh air systems. Knowledge of UAE climatic conditions and building standards is essential. 2. The candidate should be fully capable of performing Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and corrective maintenance across commercial, retail, and facility environments. This includes completing checklists, servicing components, ensuring system performance, and preventing breakdowns through proactive inspection. 3. The technician must be highly skilled in diagnosing and solving faults quickly, including electrical issues, control system errors, low cooling complaints, refrigerant leakage, compressor defects, motor problems, and thermostat malfunctions. Strong troubleshooting ability is a core requirement. 4. The position requires a technician who is ready to work in a 24×7 schedule, including shift rotations, overtime, and emergency call-outs at any time—night, weekends, or public holidays. Immediate response to urgent HVAC breakdowns is a critical part of the role. 5. Preference will be given to candidates who possess a valid UAE Driving License, as the role involves attending multiple sites, responding to emergency requests, and supporting the FM team across different locations efficiently. 6. The technician should have strong knowledge of HVAC drawings, wiring diagrams, refrigerant handling, safety procedures, and FM reporting standards. They must complete job cards, PPM forms, and service reports accurately and communicate effectively with the FM manager for any major concerns.
