Roles & Responsibilities
Role & responsibilities
- To carry out operation, preventive maintenance, breakdown repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems
- Key Responsibilities
- Perform PPM and corrective maintenance for HVAC systems (AHU, FCU, Split AC, Package units, Exhaust fans, VRF Units).
- Attend reactive/breakdwon complaints and restore system operation
- Troubleshoot issues related to:
- cooling failure, abnormal noise/vibration
- compressor trips, fan motor faults
- thermostat/controller issues
- refrigerant leakage and pressure imbalance
- refrigerant circuit control related issues
- Carry out filter cleaning/replacement, belt tensioning, coil cleaning, condensate/drain line cleaning.
- Check and record temperature, pressure, RH, amps, and system performance.
- Support chilled water network basic checks (valves, strainers, leaks, air lock) where applicable. Not mandatory
- Ensure accurate CAFM updates (ticket closure, PPM evidence, remarks). Not mandatory
- Follow HSE procedures and proper PPE use.
- Coordinate with supervisor for material requests and job completion.
