HVAC Technician INNOVATION DIRECT EMPLOYMENT SERVICES L.L.C

Key Responsibilities: Install, service, and repair HVAC systems including FCUs, AHUs, chillers, split units, exhaust fans, and refrigeration systems Execute Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) as per OEM and facility standards Respond to complaints and breakdown calls promptly, ensuring accurate fault diagnosis and resolution Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues in HVAC components such as compressors, motors, sensors, valves, and thermostats Monitor and calibrate system controls to maintain temperature, humidity, and air quality levels Maintain accurate service records, job cards, and compliance documentation Read and interpret technical drawings, riser diagrams, and schematics Coordinate with internal departments to minimize disruption during maintenance activities Work collaboratively with electrical, plumbing, and civil teams for multi-disciplinary tasks Assist in inventory management, stock audits, and spare parts requisition Ensure availability of critical HVAC spare parts Adhere to safety protocols, permit-to-work systems, and UAE building regulations Support energy-saving initiatives and recommend system upgrades Participate in emergency response and after-hours callouts when required
