Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Drive B2B sales of HVAC-VRF systems across commercial, industrial, residential, real estate development, and government projects.
Identify new clients and expand market share in sectors like hospitality, infrastructure, and large-scale housing.
Build partnerships with consultants, contractors, and developers to secure project approvals.
Achieve KPIs: new client acquisition, revenue growth, and project wins.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
1–3 years of HVAC technical sales experience.
Proficiency in CRM tools, technical presentations, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
Location: Nasr City, Cairo
Experience: 3–5 years
Salary: Competitive (experience-based) + Commission + Bonuses (tied to KPIs)
Benefits: Social & Medical Insurance, Annual Leave.
Hours: 9AM – 5PM
