Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair hybrid and high-voltage vehicle systems
  • Perform HV battery isolation, testing, and replacement
  • Carry out routine maintenance and vehicle inspections
  • Use OEM diagnostic tools and follow approved safety procedures
  • Provide technical input to service advisors
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation

  • Hybrid and high-voltage system diagnostics
  • High-voltage safety compliance and battery handling
  • OEM diagnostic tools proficiency
  • Electrical and electronic troubleshooting
  • Strong problem-solving abilities

u>Requirements /u>

  • OEM Hybrid / High-Voltage Certification (Level 2 or Level 3)
  • Authorization to work on high-voltage systems
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in European or Chinese dealerships
  • Hands-on experience with hybrid vehicle repairs
  • Nationality: Indian / Filipino
  • Valid transferable Kuwait residency (Article 18)
  • Minimum educational requirement: certification or diploma.
  • Age 25-45 years
  • Career level: Mid-career
