Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a qualified Hydraulic or Hydrogeology Engineer to conduct comprehensive research and investigation on underground water resources for our project. The engineer will assess groundwater availability, analyze water sustainability, and prepare a detailed technical report. Additionally, the role involves developing an awareness plan to educate the local community on water conservation and sustainable water use.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct groundwater and underground water resource investigations for the project area.

  • Perform hydrogeological and hydraulic assessments, including data collection, field surveys, and analysis.

  • Identify groundwater sources, recharge potential, and sustainability of water resources.

  • Prepare a comprehensive technical report detailing findings, analysis, and recommendations.

  • Provide guidelines for sustainable groundwater management and utilization.

  • Develop and propose a community awareness plan on water conservation and responsible water use.

  • Prepare educational materials, workshops, or outreach strategies to inform the public about water-saving practices.

  • Collaborate with project stakeholders and provide technical advice related to water resources.

  • Ensure all research and recommendations comply with relevant environmental and water management regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hydrogeology, Hydraulic Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Geology, or related field.

  • Proven experience in groundwater investigation, hydrogeological studies, or water resource management.

  • Experience in preparing technical reports and environmental assessments.

  • Knowledge of groundwater modeling, aquifer analysis, and water sustainability practices.

  • Experience in community awareness or environmental education programs is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
