Role & responsibilities


Set up and calibrate testing apparatus, including high-pressure pumps, manifolds, hoses, and relief valves. Assist foreman in conducting hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure tests on piping systems and heat exchangers, monitoring for leaks, pressure drops, or structural deformities. Operate and monitor pressure chart recorders (Barton or similar) to ensure accurate data logging throughout the test duration. Identify and rectify leaks or equipment malfunctions during the testing process. Candidate Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of direct experience as a Hydro Testing Technician. Proven expertise in testing heat exchangers (shell and tube) and complex pipeline networks. Advanced knowledge of pressure chart recorders and chart interpretation.
