Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Check and periodically verify the safety devices
  • To ensure the necessary measures are taken to avoid and control industrial risks (fire, explosion, chemical risk)
  • Maintain up-to-date technical and regulatory documentation relating to industrial hygiene and safety
  • establish intervention and maneuver training programs and monitor their implementation
  • develop the ORSEC plans and monitor their implementation
  • Monitor maintenance work on major structures and provide the necessary guidance.
  • develop forward-looking plans for the supply of personal and collective security and protective equipment
  • Ensure the proper functioning of effluent, sludge and liquid treatment by complying with the standards required by the processes.
  • Ensure periodic sampling at internal and external discharge points
  • Develop procedures related to the monitoring and control of different effluents
  • D. Develop awareness of environmental policy with the management of his/her entity
  • Collaborating closely with the external commission of the wilaya
  • Promote the environmental approach within the production site
  • Further improve the quality management system
  • Apply and enforce hygiene, safety, and environmental rules and standards.
