IAM/PAM Consultant Accenture Middle East

Overview

Accenture is Seeking an experienced consultant to support clients in implementing and optimizing Digital Identity solutions across PAM, IAM, MFA, and directory services. This role involves requirements gathering, solution configuration, and advising on best practice identity security.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to define requirements for PAM (Delinea), IAM (One Identity), MFA (Azure MFA & FortiAuthenticator), and Active Directory/DNS.
• Assess existing identity processes and recommend improvements.
• Develop Digital Identity strategies, architectures, and implementation plans.
• Configure and customize PAM, IAM, MFA, and AD/DNS solutions.
• Build and maintain identity policies privileged access, authentication, authorization, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with security, IT, and compliance teams to integrate identity services.
• Provide training, support, and documentation for clients.
• Liaise with vendors (Delinea, Microsoft, One Identity) for technical and platform-related matters.

Qualifications

• 5 7 years of IT/security experience, including 4+ years in Digital Identity, IAM, or PAM.
• Hands-on experience with Delinea, One Identity, Azure MFA, FortiAuthenticator, Active Directory/DNS.
• Strong knowledge of Azure AD / Entra ID, MFA, SSO, RBAC, and Office 365 identity tools.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing consulting skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
