Job Description

Identity and access management

Participate in operational activities related to IAM solutions (provisioning, deprovisioning, identity synchronization).

Contribute to the proper functioning of identity flows between source systems and target directories (Active Directory, Entra ID).

Apply the rules and standards defined by the Group IT Department regarding identity management.

SSO integration and applications

Supporting SSO integration requests for SaaS applications.

Analyze and address incidents related to authentication, user access, and certificates.

Collaborating with application and Identity teams to resolve technical issues.

Support and operation

Handle user incidents and requests related to UC & Identity access, accounts and services.

Provide level 2/3 support within your area of ​​responsibility.

Document recurring incidents and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

Coordination and communication

Participate in operational and project follow-up meetings (committees, weekly meetings, technical workshops).

Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and international teams.

Report any identified alerts, risks or malfunctions.

Responsibilities

Ensuring the quality and reliability of UC & Identity services.

Adhere to the Group's procedures, safety standards and compliance requirements.

Contribute to the stability and evolution of Identity solutions.

To be proactive in suggesting improvements to practices and tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (3-5 years of higher education) in computer science with 3 to 5 years of experience.

Knowledge of IAM concepts (identity, access, provisioning, SSO).

Active Directory / Entra ID environments.

MSSQL Concepts

Application integration and authentication (SaaS).

PowerShell, Scripting, automation

Monitoring / MCO

Technical analysis and diagnostic skills.
