Position Overview

Accor is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bar Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. This role supports the day-to-day operations of the bar and beverage outlet, including requisitions, inventory control, cashiering, and training. The position requires excellent organizational skills, hospitality knowledge, and a commitment to guest satisfaction in a high-end hospitality environment.

Core Responsibilities

* Collect, process, and verify all general and F&B requisitions from outlets
* Monitor and document daily beverage inventory and notify management of variances
* Maintain organized and accurate daily, monthly, and quarterly inventory logs
* Perform all outlet cashiering functions and ensure compliance with hotel accounting standards
* Assist with inventory audits of operating equipment on a scheduled basis
* Report any equipment or facility issues through appropriate maintenance channels
* Maintain daily operational logbook and handovers
* Supervise and train team members in beverage service, bar standards, and inventory handling
* Conduct on-the-job training for new team members to ensure readiness and service consistency
* Uphold hotel hygiene, grooming, and uniform policies, including punctual attendance
* Handle guest inquiries courteously and professionally
* Maintain professional customer relationships and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
* Display expert knowledge of bar menus, beverage recipes, and wine selections
* Support diversity and inclusion by respecting and assisting colleagues from all backgrounds

Candidate Requirements

* Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or luxury dining venue
* Strong knowledge of inventory and beverage control systems
* Excellent organizational, time management, and cashiering skills
* Positive attitude, professional appearance, and ability to train others
* Strong interpersonal and guest service skills
* Familiarity with hotel operating procedures and POS systems
* Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidays
* Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and bar service etiquette
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive inventory data
* UAE experience preferred
