Roles & Responsibilities

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 15+ years of IT experience with at least 10+ years in IBM BPM / IBM BAW architecture and development.
  • Strong expertise in BPMN 2.0, process modeling, and workflow automation.
  • Hands-on experience in developing BPDs (Business Process Definitions), Coach Views, Services, Integration Services, and Decision Services.
  • Deep knowledge of Java / JavaScript, REST / SOAP web services, and SQL.
  • Proficiency in IBM Process Designer, Process Center, Process Server, and IBM Integration Designer.
  • Experience in integration with IBM WebSphere, IBM MQ, and IBM ODM (Operational Decision Manager) is a plus.
  • Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in leading BPM teams, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based BPM solutions (IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation) is an added advantage.
