Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


    1. Execute Field Instrument Maintenance activities in accordance with maintenance schedule / plan.

    2. Read ladder logic diagrams, Instrument diagrams, etc. to Troubleshoot abnormalities arising in the plant and pumping stations.

    3. Execute skilled technical work in testing, calibration of process control, telemetry, and data acquisition systems and subsystems used in the Wastewater Treatment Plant.

    4. Perform Installation, maintenance, calibration and repair of instruments such as alphanumeric devices, control valves, transmitters, digital logic devices, etc

    5. Execute all assigned work tasks in line with agreed plant operating philosophies, and in line with current Maintenance Craft Procedures and Safe work practices.

    6. Report to Supervisor on status of daily activities and work progress.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Diploma or Associate's degree in Instrumentation, Control Engineering, or a related field.
  • Holds relevant certifications, such as ISA certifications or vendor-specific training, demonstrating specialized knowledge.
  • Brings a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in the instrumentation and control field, with a focus on industrial environments.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in reading and interpreting P&IDs, electrical schematics, and control loop diagrams.
