We are looking for an experienced ICAPS Administrator & Completion Coordinator to manage commissioning completion systems, track project progress, and ensure smooth certification workflows using ICAPS and OPERCOM methodology.
Manage and maintain ICAPS database
Track Mechanical Completion (MC) to Commissioning transition
Issue RFC & AOC certificates
Monitor system readiness & punch list status
Generate daily/weekly progress & S-curve reports
Manage master punch list within ICAPS
Ensure safety compliance before system energization
Prepare handover dossiers & archive certification documents
Coordinate with construction, commissioning & client teams
Technical Degree in Engineering / Project Controls / Commissioning
Advanced expertise in ICAPS software
Experience in Oil & Gas commissioning projects preferred
Strong understanding of OPERCOM workflow
Strong analytical & reporting skills
Experience managing large project databases
