Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive and maintain the ice cream van, ensuring it's clean, presentable, and complies with all road and safety regulations.
  • Stock the van with a variety of ice cream products, toppings, and related items, managing inventory effectively to avoid shortages or waste.
  • Serve customers promptly and courteously, providing excellent customer service and handling cash and card transactions accurately.
  • Operate the ice cream machines and equipment, following proper procedures for hygiene and food safety standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Food hygiene certification is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is advantageous.
