ICT Assets Management Administrator MOSANADA FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Establish, manage and administer ICT assets management practice for field devices, hardware and assets specific to venue systems and event platforms. Ensure accurate records, optimize asset utilization and establish asset-related processes to meet the dynamic demands of sporting event operations.

Required Skillsets for Specific Role:

• Proficient in asset management tools such as OpenText (Microfocus) Asset Manager, ServiceNow, SolarWinds, or similar.
• Substantial experience in computing or information
technology.
• ITIL Service Management experience
• Working knowledge of Hardware, Software, and Network
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills are essential.
• Persuasive and assertive with the ability to change behavior to ensure the optimum utilization of IT resources.
