Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Duties and tasks:
- Business Applications Management: Overseeing the day-to-day Business Applications Management, including defining requests, diagnosis issues, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
- Business Applications Project Management: Leading and contributing to ICT business applications projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meeting department s needs.
- Business application support: Providing 2nd level of ICT business applications training and support to users, resolving issues, and tracking their resolution and escalating to concerned partner as 3rd level of support when needed with the suitable importance and urgency.
- Business applications development: gathering business and technical requirements for analysis and defining the suitable functional and technical solution including implementing new modules, systems functions, workflow, or customizations by internal or external resources.
- Business Applications Security and Governance: Ensuring ICT business applications are efficient with secure usage including installations, configurations, user authority matrix, upgrades, application security, data integrity, and compliance.
- Budget Management: Participating in ICT Business application budget for development and support including assigning resources and partner agreements.
- Staff Development: Contributing to business applications section development and performance management, including coaching, mentoring and training.
- Strategic Planning: Contributing to ICT Business Application development, support strategies and plans that align with the organization's overall business goals.
- Digital Transformation: Identifying opportunities to leverage technology to improve business processes, enhance customer journeys, and drive digital transformation.
- Reporting: Preparing and presenting reports for ICT Business application for project progress, and performance metrics.
- (8-10) years of professional experience in multiple Business applications, with a proven track record of successful implementations (Microsoft, Oracle, Odoo, etc.) (Microsoft Axapta 2012 is a must)
- Deep expertise in Business Applications implementation, Development and Functional administration.
- Hands-on experience with ERP and MRP technologies like SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, Odoo, etc.
- Hand-on experience with a strong understanding of Business Applications Modules (Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, Sales, CRM, HR, etc.)
- Hand-on experience with strong understanding of ERP reporting and ERP Integrations (Database and API)
- Strong understanding in Blueprint (Functional requirements document and Functional design document), Project plans, User manual creation and review, Project users access matrix, change request evaluation.
- Hand-on experience in Implementing and supporting system upgrades process (SDLC)
- Monitor Business Applications workflow for smooth business function performance using digital solutions.
- Develop and enforce security roles and procedures.
- Hands-on experience in implementing reporting tools and developing required dashboards
- Stay updated on industry best practices and compliance requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile
