Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in ICT, ELV, and automation sectors.

  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, consultants, and contractors.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to strategize sales approach.

  • Promote and demonstrate ELV/ICT/Automation products and solutions to clients.

    Technical Sales & Solutions

  • Understand client requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions (e.g. BMS, CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Fire Alarm, PA, etc.).

  • Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.

  • Coordinate with pre-sales and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of proposed solutions.

  • Attend technical meetings and site visits with clients and consultants.

    Tendering & Proposal Management

  • Review RFPs/RFQs and BOQs for ELV/ICT/Automation projects.

  • Coordinate with OEMs/suppliers for pricing and solution alignment.

  • Lead the preparation and submission of tenders and technical submittals.

    Project Handover & Client Support

  • Ensure smooth handover of projects to the implementation team after order confirmation.

  • Follow up with clients for payment, feedback, and future opportunities.

  • Provide after-sales support and address any technical concerns.

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong technical knowledge of ELV systems: CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarms, BMS, AV, PA, etc.

  • Understanding of ICT infrastructure: Structured Cabling, Networking, Data Centers.

  • Familiarity with automation systems and protocols (BACnet, Modbus, KNX, etc.)

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and CRM tools.

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and a team player.

    Educational & Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, IT, or related Engineering field.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in ELV/ICT/Automation sales.

  • Valid driving license (If field visits are required).

  • Industry certifications (eg. BICSI, KNX, Cisco, Schneider, Siemens) are a plus.

    Work Environment

  • Office-based with frequent client visits.

  • Occasional travel to project sites, especially during pre-sales or project handover stages.

  • May involve working under tight deadlines during tender periods.
