Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

As an ICT / SAS BIM Modeler, you will collaborate closely with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams to support the successful delivery of the project. Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and developing BIM and CAD models, drawings, and layouts for ICT and SAS systems using AutoCAD and Revit
  • Modeling structured cabling systems, containment, control rooms, data centers, and ICT/SAS equipment layouts
  • Coordinating ICT/SAS models with Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines to ensure spatial and system integration
  • Ensuring all models comply with UAE authority codes, project specifications, and applicable IATA ADRM and ICAO standards for airport projects
  • Supporting engineers with tender drawings, coordinated design updates, and as-built models
  • Performing clash detection, model audits, and coordination reviews using Navisworks or similar platforms
  • Utilizing AI-assisted modeling, automation workflows, and digital tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and consistency
  • Maintaining BIM documentation, model version control, and coordination records
  • Supporting quality control, schedule adherence, and digital delivery standards throughout the project lifecycle

  • BIM Coordination & Digital Design br> Multi-disciplinary coordination, clash detection, and integrated BIM workflows
  • Digital Twin & AI-Enabled Modelling br> Exposure to automation, AI-assisted modeling, and digital twin platforms
