Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale ICT consulting programs, ensuring alignment with organizational and its strategies.

Develop comprehensive IT strategies, Enterprise Architecture frameworks, and ICT master plans for diverse industry sectors.

Design and implement digital transformation roadmaps, covering cloud adoption, data management, security, and application modernization.

Provide governance, quality assurance, and delivery oversight across multiple concurrent ICT initiatives.

Manage cross-functional teams, external vendors, and technology partners to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Apply Agile, DevOps, PMP, PRINCE2, and hybrid delivery models based on project needs.

Conduct technology assessments, gap analyses, and readiness evaluations to support transformation initiatives.

Lead C-level engagements, presenting recommendations, business cases, and progress updates.

Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and enterprise architecture standards.

Monitor project KPIs, risks, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful program execution.

Drive innovation by identifying emerging technologies and recommending adoption strategies.

Contribute to new business development through proposal creation, solution design, and presentations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Position Objectives:

  • Lead strategic consulting engagements, driving IT transformation initiatives across multiple sectors.
  • Focusing on formulating enterprise-wide IT strategies, ICT master plans, and digital transformation roadmaps aligned.
  • Oversee end-to-end program delivery, ensuring adherence to best practices in Agile, DevOps, PMP, PRINCE2, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Executive-level guidance on enterprise architecture, governance frameworks, and technology modernization.
  • Strong stakeholder management to ensure successful execution of large-scale ICT programs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 13+ years in ICT consulting, program management, and digital transformation.
  • Proven expertise in IT strategy development, Enterprise Architecture, and ICT master planning.
  • Strong experience leading large-scale ICT projects using Agile, DevOps, PMP, PRINCE2, and hybrid methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Solid background in cloud technologies, data platforms, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
  • Excellent communication, executive reporting, and engagement skills.
  • Excellent command of English, with Arabic proficiency considered an added advantage.
