Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

You will work independently and remotely, collaborating with management and marketing where needed, and contribute directly to the digital growth and visibility of our organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting and optimizing websites (structure, flow, performance, and responsiveness)
  • Assisting with basic web development and technical improvements
  • Analyzing website behavior and performance using tools such as Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics
  • Improving user experience (UX) and conversion flows
  • Monitoring and optimizing website responsiveness across devices
  • Supporting SEO implementation and optimization (technical SEO, on-page structure, content support)
  • Identifying bottlenecks and opportunities based on data and analytics
  • Translating insights into clear recommendations and actionable improvements

This position can be filled part-time or full-time, with a minimum availability of 2 days per week. All work is fully remote.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • Experience in ICT support, web development, or digital optimization
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with website analysis tools
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, BI or similar tools
  • Understanding of website structure, UX, responsiveness, and performance optimization
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SEO (technical and content-related)
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Flexible, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Own laptop required
  • Comfortable working fully remote
