Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed interior BIM models (LOD 400) using Autodesk Revit

  • Prepare fabrication and shop drawings for interior fit-out works

  • Coordinate with designers, engineers, and site teams to resolve clashes

  • Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards

  • Update and revise BIM models based on design and site inputs

  • Maintain proper documentation and version control

  • Support construction and installation teams with accurate drawings

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

  • Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Interior BIM)

  • Proven experience in LOD 400 modeling

  • Hands-on experience with fabrication / shop drawings

  • Good understanding of interior fit-out materials and construction details

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

  • Good communication and coordination skills

Experience

  • Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in Interior BIM modeling

  • Experience in commercial / residential interior projects preferred

Preferred (Added Advantage)

  • Experience in UAE / GCC projects

  • Knowledge of BIM standards and coordination workflows

  • Exposure to site coordination and execution drawings
