Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist with a proven track record in IT services and information security. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions to support enterprise security and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage Identity and Access Management systems and processes.
• Administer IAM solutions such as SailPoint, Entra ID, ForgeRock, Okta, Novell, and associated directories (LDAP, AD).
• Develop and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies and perform role engineering.
• Manage user provisioning, SSB/SSD, and code repository management processes (preferred).
• Support Microsoft Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, Intra ID, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), and Office 365 environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and compliant access controls across the organization.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in IT services and information security.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Hands-on experience with IAM systems (SailPoint, Entra ID, ForgeRock, Okta, Novell) and directories (LDAP, AD).
• Familiarity with RBAC and role engineering.
• Experience with SSB/SSD and code repository management is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft AD, Azure AD, Intra ID, MFA, SSO, PAM, IGA, and Office 365.
• Relevant certifications are a plus:
  SailPoint IdentityIQ Associate
  BeyondTrust PAM/EPM and PRA
  OCJP/SCJP
