Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Conducting ground school for all RSAF Tornado courses
Conducting continuation training lectures and training based on the operational requirement of aircrews.
The possibility of acting as Standardisation Evaluation Flight Examiner to conduct simulator and other ground evaluation.
The possibility of being used as subject matter experts on other associated duties
Flight Planning including normal and advanced equipment.
Briefing, conduct and debriefing all missions.
Mission planning all phases of flight to ensure successful mission execution including desired tactics and employment options/techniques for all flight phases
Operating associated simulators and cockpit trainers to include egress training.
- Train selected RSAF personnel to become qualified simulator instructors.
Desired Candidate Profile
Recent experience as a Tornado flight lead WSO with at least 250 hours of previous instructor time in any fighter aircraft.
Having in excess of 1000 hrs as a combat ready aircrew
Being a graduate of an academic instructor course or equivalent.
