Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced IFS ERP Support Consultant (IFS dot com) to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing functional and technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for IFS ERP modules. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure seamless operations, system reliability, and process optimization.

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in IFS ERP Support

Advantage for Oil & Gas, Shipping/Marine, or Maintenance Industry experience.

Knowledge of Oracle Fusion will be advantage.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Provide functional and technical support for IFS ERP applications (minimum 4 years of experience).
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues across various modules such as Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Maintenance, and Projects.
  • Coordinate with IFS vendor and internal IT teams for escalated issues, patches, and upgrades.
  • Perform system configuration, user training, and documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Support data migration, testing, and integration activities during system enhancements or upgrades.
  • Ensure system stability, compliance, and adherence to company IT policies.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion will be advantage.
