Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Manager to oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ideal candidate will ensure that ERP systems align with business objectives, improve operational efficiency, and support growth initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of the ERP system.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and translate requirements into ERP solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with organizational policies.
  • Monitor ERP system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
  • Develop and enforce ERP-related policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal IT teams for ERP support and enhancements.
  • Train end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal system utilization.
  • Generate reports and insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and system functionality.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: 7 – 12 Years
  • Proven experience managing ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of business processes across finance, HR, procurement, inventory, and operations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in ERP customization, integration, and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of change management and business process re-engineering.
  • Certification in ERP systems or project management (PMP) is a plus.
