Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Led end-to-end IFS ERP implementations including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), go-live, and post-implementation support

  2. Conducted business process workshops to analyze As-Is processes and design optimized To-Be processes aligned with IFS best practices

  3. Configured IFS Cloud modules based on functional and business requirements to ensure effective system delivery

  4. Managed system testing cycles (SIT, UAT support), defect tracking, resolution, and deployment activities

  5. Supported data migration validation, integration testing, and cutover/go-live activities ensuring smooth implementation

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Information Technology Business or a related field

  2. 2+ years of experience in ERP or EAM implementation preferably IFS

  3. Strong functional knowledge in one or more areas including Manufacturing Supply Chain Finance Field Service Management FSM Infrastructure or Projects

  4. Hands on experience in system configuration business workshops and customer facing delivery

  5. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail

  6. Excellent communication skills with ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders

  7. Strong English language skills spoken and written
