Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Imaging Operator is responsible for the timely, accurate, and secure preparation of visual files (video) across various media, while ensuring adherence to technical specifications and client expectations. This role includes managing file manipulations, overseeing delivery processes, and supporting the CSR and production teams in production tasks. The Imaging Operator contributes to quality control, storage optimization, and procedural documentation in a highly technical and deadline-driven environment
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, verify, and manipulate files, ensuring technical compliance and alignment with client specifications
- Conduct daily checks of project workflows to identify stuck or failed processes; resolve issues independently or escalate them to Supervisors
- Support Customer Service Representatives (CSR) on production requests involving file correction or other manipulations
- Maintain clear and accurate records of exceptions and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows and tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 or 2-year experience in media post-production, file handling, or digital archiving roles
Secondary education (technical/vocational diploma preferred).
Experience in physical handling of fragile or historical materials is a plus.
Interest in preservation, archiving, or audiovisual heritage considered an advantage
