Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title: Outdoor Marketing & Admissions Executive*


*Role Summary*

Drive student enrollments by generating leads through outdoor marketing activities, building community relationships, and managing the end-to-end admissions process. You’re the face of the institution both _outside_ and _inside_.


*Key Responsibilities*

  • *Outdoor Marketing & Lead Generation*

  1. Plan and execute BTL activities: school visits, mall kiosks, seminars, education fairs, housing society campaigns

  2. Build tie-ups with schools, tuition centers, NGOs, and local influencers for lead generation

  3. Distribute marketing collaterals and conduct branding activities in target geographies

  4. Capture lead data accurately and update CRM/Google Sheets daily

  5. Track ROI of each outdoor activity and report performance weekly

  • *Admissions & Counseling*

  1. Handle walk-in and call inquiries: counsel parents/students on courses, fees, outcomes, USP

  2. Conduct campus tours and presentations to prospective families

  3. Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to drive conversions

  4. Guide applicants through form filling, documentation, and fee payment

  5. Maintain admissions register and ensure data hygiene for audit/payroll

  • *Coordination & Reporting*

  1. Liaise with academic, marketing, and accounts teams for smooth admissions

  2. Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets

  3. Submit daily DSR on leads contacted, visits done, and conversions to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience*: 1-3 years in field marketing, admissions, edtech sales, or similar roles

  • *Education*: Graduate in any stream. MBA in Marketing preferred

  • *Skills*:

  1. Excellent verbal communication in English + Hindi + local language of Sharjah/UAE

  2. Strong persuasion and counseling skills with parents and students

  3. Comfortable with extensive field work + heat/outdoor conditions

  4. Tech savvy: MS Excel/Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp Business, Canva basics

  5. Two-wheeler + valid UAE driving license preferred

  • *Attributes*: Target-driven, street-smart, presentable, high ownership, empathetic listener

  • *Working Hours*: 6 days/week. Must be flexible for weekends/events during admission season

*KPIs You’ll Be Measured On*

  1. No. of quality leads generated per month

  2. Walk-in to enrollment conversion ratio

  3. Revenue targets achieved

  4. Turnaround time from inquiry to admission
