� About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead operations in our Kitchen Furniture Manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely project delivery.

� Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage daily production schedules

• Ensure timely execution aligned with project deadlines

• Prepare and manage production programming for:

  • CNC Machines

  • Lipping Machines

  • Beam Saw Machines

• Supervise machine operations and shop floor activities

• Coordinate with Project Managers, Design Team, and Supervisors

• Monitor material availability and coordinate with procurement

• Track progress and prepare daily/weekly production reports

• Resolve production issues and maintain workflow efficiency

• Ensure all output meets quality standards and client specifications

�️ Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in Kitchen Furniture or Joinery Manufacturing

• Strong hands-on expertise in:

  • CNC Machine

  • Lipping Machine

  • Beam Saw Machine

• Experience in machine programming

• Good knowledge of materials (MDF, Plywood, Particle Board)

• Strong IT and reporting skills
