Project Manager

Leads full project lifecycle (planning → execution → handover). Manages scope, budget, schedule, risks, stakeholders, and interface with contractors/turbine OEMs. Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Project planning (Primavera/MSP), risk management, contract management (FIDIC/EPC), stakeholder communication, cost control, leadership. Strong ability to manage multi-discipline site teams.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field. Master’s desirable.

10–15 years in power/renewables, incl. 5+ years managing large wind/energy projects.

PMP/Prince2, PMI-RMP, APM; HSE certification (IOSH/NEBOSH) advantageous.


Site Manager

Manages all on-site construction activities. Coordinates contractors, ensures daily progress, enforces safety & quality compliance, manages logistics, site issues, and reporting.

Site coordination, construction sequencing, leadership, knowledge of wind turbine components, site safety, troubleshooting.

Bachelors in engineering or construction management.

8–12 years in construction, 3–5 years in renewable/wind projects.

OSHA/NEBOSH/IOSH, First Aid, GWO (Basic Safety Training).


Project Scheduler

Develops, updates, and maintains the project master schedule for engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning of the wind project. Monitors progress, identifies delays, supports recovery plans, performs critical path analysis, interfaces with EPC contractors and OEMs, and provides weekly/monthly reporting. Ensures schedule compliance with project objectives and milestones.

Expertise in Primavera P6/MS Project, critical path method (CPM), earned value management (EVM), project controls, forecasting, delay analysis, progress reporting, cross-functional coordination, understanding of wind EPC sequence (foundations, roads, WTG installation, cabling, substation, commissioning).

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related fields.

5–10 years in project planning/scheduling; minimum 2–3 years in power/renewables (wind preferred).

Primavera P6 Certification (Mandatory/Preferred), PMP or PMI-SP, training in EVM, GWO (if site-based).
