Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments accurately, adhering to physician orders and established protocols, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Assess patient conditions, document observations, and promptly communicate changes in status to the healthcare team, facilitating proactive interventions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs, promoting optimal recovery and patient-centered care.
- Provide compassionate emotional support and education to patients and their families, fostering a trusting and supportive environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from an accredited nursing program.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
General Nursing and Midwifery.
Transferable Visa 18
GNM or BSc
Preferably available in Kuwait
Prometric Passed
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is required.
Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to make sound clinical judgments.
Proficient in IV insertion, medication administration, and other nursing procedures, ensuring patient safety.
