Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Immigration Counselor to join our growing team.
Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on immigration and visa processes.
- Conduct client assessments to determine eligibility for different immigration programs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration regulations and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with clients in at least one of the following Urdu, Bengali, Nepali, or Hindi.
- Coordinate with the internal documentation and processing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain records of client interactions and follow up regularly to ensure satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in immigration consulting, customer service, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Language: Fluency in at least one of the following Urdu, Bengali, Nepali, or Hindi.
